A Le Bon Vivant speciality, bitterballen (plural for "bitterbal") is a Dutch tradional snack, perfected and refined by LBV Chef Pierre Hendriks. This handmade, meat-based snack consists of 45% meat filling battered in a breadcrumb and egg mixture, is deep-fried and served with mustard for dipping. Our range includes traditional, vegetarian, bobotie and prawn/ginger bitterballen.
